[Commotion-admin] [commotion-android] Create/Update the Android app status page (#38)

When an Android app is connected to a mesh, it displays a status page.

Parameters for the status page:
- Heading above neighbors should say: Nearby Mesh Devices
- List the Hostname and Mesh IP of each nearby mesh device
- Instead of LQ and NLQ, display a color bar in Red, Yellow or Green, based on the neighbor's ETX value, with that ETX value placed on top of the color bar.
- Remove the "mesh neighbor" icon (circle with two horizontal parallel lines)
- Display neighbor's status as Gateway or Not Gateway using the icons from OLSRviz (Pink/Black circle and Pink circle)
