[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Confirm configuration(advanced button) (#87)

Title:Confirm Configuration
Help text: Review the settings you have chosen below. To finish the Setup Wizard click “Apply” at the bottom of this page. The device will restart when you click apply. <line break> You will lose access while it restarts.
This page will have a list of all required settings that must be applied during the quickstart process for the user to fill out.
Each configuration will be directly manipulatable on this page. 
Upon completing this page all settings will be applied. 
This page will have a "skip" option that takes the user to the advanced menu and turns off quickstart if still on.
