[Commotion-admin] [commotion-debug-helper] Input validation (#8)

* Malicious code should be included in debug file. If a user inputs code snippets that they think are relevant we want to be able to capture them
* This is the expected behaviour. A user can still get a debug file without having to fill out the forms.
