[Commotion-admin] [commotion-mesh-applet] Move log location (#7)

All logging information should be going to /var/log/syslog, and I'm
pretty sure that there's no longer any logic anywhere in the code that
is capable of putting anything in /tmp.  Are you sure those logs
aren't from older versions of the applet?
