[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Datatype Validation (#114)

ALL input fields for Commotion menu's MUST use input validation. 

This issue to be closed when R1 implementation of luci-commotion has every input tested for proper input validation per: http://luci.subsignal.org/trac/wiki/Documentation/Datatypes
