[Commotion-admin] [commotion-apps] char limit in Avahi mDNS <name> field (#19)

Just a thought: Before submitting a bug report upstream, it might be worthwhile to check the RFC. The standard might actually limit the size of txt records so that they fit inside a single packet. Just thinking out loud.
