[Commotion-admin] [commotion-openwrt] Update default /etc/config/network to remove deprecated 192.168.1.20 alias (#44)

The old IP alias is now no-longer used as of DR2, and is detrimental to the use of the new HTTPS features in the LuCI interface as per opentechinstitute/luci-commotion#23. We just need to remove it, and ensure that our documentation reflects its removal.
