[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion-apps] add set of default app icons users can pick from (#22)

I'm glad you submitted this, since I was thinking about it during the summit. My original thought was just using the Commotion icon, but I kind of like the idea of using the fingerprint plaid. It seems like it would boost the visibility of the fingerprint. Thoughts?
