[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion-quickstart] Quickstart does not support multiple radios (#51)

Commotion configs only have one option for default channel that will be applied to the radio. This means that quickstart will apply incompatible channels to radios if supplied by the config and any interfaces on that radio will not come up

(Was issue 531 on code.commotionwireless.net)
