[Commotion-admin] [commotion-openwrt] Pico not offering an open port after sysupgrade (#53)

After sysupgrade, this picostation2 has all ports closed when connected via cable, it does not allow wireless connection.

tftp seems to work, but putting any file onto the router will timeout.
