[Commotion-admin] [olsrd] Apparent OLSR sensitivity to node local time (#9)

This problem relates to the olsrd-mod-secure plugin (which is quite obsolete).  OLRd developers recommend using IBSS-RSN adhoc encryption at the link layer instead.
