[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] fix profile submit bugs (#37)

Tested "mesh-profile fixes" pull procedure

evaluated code (looks good Dan)
Cloned commotion-openwrt
ran ./setup
modified commotion-feed for luci-commotion to point to version meshprofile-fixes instead of master
built image
flashed image on a Nanostation M using sysupgrade
completed quickstart
applied defaultPlug profile to plug interface (no errors encountered)
applied a AP profile to the AP interface (no errors encountered)
