[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] meshprofile.lua allows uploading of 'empty' profile (#40)

UPDATE:

I've identified the problem, though I'm not sure how to fix it (yet). When you click "upload" without attaching a file, the file checking conditions never get called, and the page gets refreshed. This in turn sets off the "duplicate" condition and gives the user a false warning that the empty profile has been uploaded and already exists.
