[Commotion-admin] [commotion-openwrt] Add compile-time protections to compiled code (#22)

Use GCC hardening flags and a modern glibc version in order to gain compile-time protections such as stack canaries and basic defenses from memory corruption. More information about these flags can be found at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ToolChain/CompilerFlags.
