[Commotion-admin] [commotion-openwrt] Attempt to restrict and limit the use of root (#27)

Use of the root user to parse arguments from non-administrative and unauthenticated users or expose unhardened or reviewed services to all network interfaces should be considered a high risk. Although any attack requires the user to be authenticated, the ability to compromise the Ad-Hoc network, even with the strongest security possible is considered likely.
