[Commotion-admin] [commotion-openwrt] Added hotplug script to match AP IP address to thisnode host alias (#36)

AP Hotplug script testing:

- deleted "thisnode" entry from /etc/hosts
- ran /etc/init.d/network restart
  - output:
  root at ritzo-pico-DR2-test575342476:~# /etc/init.d/network restart
  Interface up.
  Interface up.
  command failed: Device or resource busy (-16)
  Configuration file: /var/run/hostapd-phy0.conf
  Using interface wlan0 with hwaddr 00:27:22:4a:07:8c and ssid "ritzo-pico-DR2-test"
  Successfully initialized wpa_supplicant
- confirmed: "thisnode" entry added back into /etc/hosts
- changed "thisnode" IP in /etc/hosts to 192.168.1.20
- ran /etc/init.d/network restart
- confirmed: "thisnode" entry updated to original auto-assigned IP
