[Commotion-admin] [commotion-openwrt] Sysupgrade with "keep settings" checked should bring in Quickstart profiles (#37)

When using a sysupgrade compatible image (upgrading DR1.1 to DR2) and marking "keep settings" during the upgrade, while the node's basic settings are preserved (node AP, name, etc), the node will node come back up with a properly configured AP because the Quickstart profiles are not copied over from the node during the sysupgrade process.
