[Commotion-admin] [commotion-openwrt] profiles tar.gz download should pull all relevant configs suitable for uploading to freshly flashed node (#38)

When downloading a configured node's configuration files on the flashops page:
/admin/system/flashops
only files from /etc/* are tarballed, but additional configuration files are necessary (ie from /etc/commotion/* ) in order to fulfill this expected upgrade path:
- download configuration files from a DR* node
- flash node with an updated release, run Quickstart
- upload previously backed up configuration files, expecting the node to be configured as it was prior to upgrade
