[Commotion-admin] [commotion-apps] Service advertisement/discovery mechanisms aren't synching (#17)

Couple things to check:

1) go to a receiving node. run the following, and see if you see the advert:
kill -s USR1 `pgrep avahi-client` && cat /tmp/avahi-client.out
2) on the receiving node, run:
echo asd |sudo ./serval-verify -i AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA -s AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

If you get "Usage: serval-verify [OPTION...]", then you are not running the latest serval-crypto.

3) on receiving node, run commotion-service-parser, and check the output for errors.
