[Commotion-admin] [commotion-bigboard-send] Switching from logfile to central syslog for debug (#3)

To test, change debug to 1, enable commotion dash, and run "logread -f"

bigboard gatherer is user input but is sanitized on initial input through web interface so shouldn't need additional validation.
