[Commotion-admin] [Tidepools-Mobile] Date picker not working in is4cwn branch (#3)

In flat-ui.css, class "dropdown" and all of its successors conflict with bootstrap's date and time selection functions. I've commented these lines out rather than remove entirely. (Lines 2331 to 2545).
