[Commotion-admin] [commotion-openwrt] Missing Secure Flag for sysauth Cookie (#33)

Sysauth cookie seems to be built in [dispatcher.lua](http://luci.subsignal.org/trac/browser/luci/branches/luci-0.11/libs/web/luasrc/dispatcher.lua), line 385. Untested, but seems to be a likely starting point.
