[Commotion-admin] [commotion-docs] Turn the 2 page document about starting a network into a web page or wiki page (#127)

Put at the top of the "Get Started" Page

- Remove the equipment info
- Pull out "How can we help"
- "Key partners" - Change to "Suggested Partners" (See Andy's document)
- add links to the CCK from the "Suggested Networking Building Steps"

Keep the rest of the getting started page below
