[Commotion-admin] [commotion-docs] integrate /docs with get started (#108)

Seems fine to me, especially because there doesn't seem to be a menu item currently that goes straight to http://commotionwireless.net/docs/ - i.e. I can't even find that "Connect with the Commotion community" section without a direct link.
