[Commotion-admin] [serval-dna] free allocated overlay_buffer in link_receive (#4)

Should fix a memory leak which was allocating ~4 bytes every ~30 sec. To test, run commotiond w/ serval-dna plugin on OpenWRT (that has reachable peers also running commotiond/serval-dna!) and make sure memory usage remains stable over time.
