[Commotion-admin] [mlab-browser-ext] results graph should adjust scale to the acual results or be modifiable (#21)

Can the 'results' tool adjust its scale to the actual results, or somehow be modifiable? My results are all seeming to be between 0-10 Mbps (at least until I switch to my ridiculous awesome home connection), but I can't get a good sense of what exactly the speed is, because the scale is fixed at 0-100 Mbps.
