[Commotion-admin] [commotion-docs] Updated Configure Commotion CCK module with Firewall information (#223)

Adding a small section and screenshots adding a Firewall rule for remote administration access. Fixes a problem with access in a "mesh over Ethernet" scenario or for "off network" administration.
