[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Splash: Whitelisting MAC addresses and IP addresses not working (#410)

Neither the MAC whitelisting field nor the IP address/range whitelisting field seems to work. Although the generated NDS config file correctly shows the entries, whitelisted MACs and IP addresses are still caught by the splash page.
