[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion-apps] Errors on Port value in add_application are hidden (#66)

When adding an application, if the user makes an error in the advanced section the section is still hidden upon reload. This means that beyond the main error message the section level error message is hidden in the advanced menu section.
