[Commotion-admin] [commotion-client] Create simple example extension for test suite (#12)

An extension must be created that can be used to test all extension functionality during and post development.

This will require the following:
 - [ ] A working config file for the test module
 - [ ] A GUI component for the module 
 -- one page with a colored background, a button to open a warning window, and a button to take you to another page. 
 -- A second page with  a button to place a string to be saved.
 - [ ] The addition of a functional save button in the taskbar
