[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Mesh-Over-Ethernet Instructions Break Security Admin Menu (#166)

The mesh-over-ethernet configuration instructions described in opentechinstitute/luci-commotion/pull/153 cause a null value dispatcher error in the basic security admin menu.

Relevant excerpt from error message:
/usr/lib/lua/luci/model/cbi/commotion/security_pass.lua:152: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value)

Line 152 of security_pass.lua attempts to populate meshPW from a now-nonexistent wifi interface.
