[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion-apps] Selecting more than one category for an application throws a LuCI dispatcher error. (#67)

Creating an application or editing an existing one works fine. But if you select more than one category for the application, you get a LuCI error when you submit the page:

/usr/lib/lua/luci/dispatcher.lua:448: Failed to execute call dispatcher target for entry '/admin/commotion/apps/edit_submit'.
The called action terminated with an exception:
/usr/lib/lua/luci/commotion/validate.lua:118: attempt to call global 'pairs' (a nil value)
stack traceback:
	[C]: in function 'assert'
	/usr/lib/lua/luci/dispatcher.lua:448: in function 'dispatch'
	/usr/lib/lua/luci/dispatcher.lua:195: in function </usr/lib/lua/luci/dispatcher.lua:194>
