[Commotion-admin] [commotion-docs] create cck download includes for the right sidebar on cck pages (#36)

Current cck pages provide a download PDF button and a download all cck button in the right sidebar. Create an include file that can be placed dynamically based on a front matter variable. Link content of the PDF button should also be dynamic per page using a front matter variable.
