[Commotion-admin] [commotion-docs] Document Commotion-Router target selection (#43)

The default target should be documented - i.e. "If you run make `V=99`, the default images generated are for Ubiquiti AirMax and UniFi devices. If you are trying to build for other router platforms, you will need to use the `make menuconfig` command before running `make V=99`.

"This will take you to a menu system where you can select other routers:

"As an example, say we have a TP-Link WDR4300 Router. Use the arrow keys to move down and highlight `Target Profile (Some router)`, then hit Enter.

"You will then be taken to another menu where you will select your router from the list:

"If you can't find your router in the list, make sure it is [supported by OpenWRT](http://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/start).

"Once you have selected your type of router and are back at the first menu, hit escape and say Yes to saving your OpenWRT configuration:

"Then run `make V=99` to build your new image!
