[Commotion-admin] [commotion-docs] In CCK / Building and Mounting links highlight instead of linking (#52)

Some links in the Building and Mounting modules merely highlight, instead of providing links. I'm not sure if this is a CSS thing, or if the link didn't transfer through. As an example, go to the Prep and Install Rooftop Nodes document, then:
