[Commotion-admin] [luci-theme-commotion] Excessively-wide tables cause scrolling errors (#32)

Just in general, we have tables which tend to be fairly wide, and they occasionally exceed the size of their containing div.

I'm setting a `max-width`, and testing further to make sure that these tables are still useful at smaller screen sizes.
