[Commotion-admin] [commotion-meshbook] Update commotion-meshbook architecture (#3)

Commotion-Meshbook is still in prototype state, only really runs in XCode, and isn't yet compatible with Commotion 1.0. The next step will be updating it according to the commotion-client architecture doc on the commotion wiki (https://wiki.commotionwireless.net/doku.php?id=commotion_architecture:commotion_client_architecture).
