[Commotion-admin] [commotion-router] Set vi autoindent off by default (#82)

Unfortunately looks like my build tree is a bit out of date, and recompiling after refreshing all repos now fails due to a missing commotion.h which I can't locate.  I won't be able to test this new profile file directly this evening.
