[Commotion-admin] [luci-theme-commotion] Make interface status readable (#14)

Could you provide more guidance on this issue? 

Is the goal to come up with a new header design? Does a header design already exist that just needs to be implemented? How much of the basic menu is in scope? Will this same change need to be applied to other pages/menus to keep them consistent?
