[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Network name does not check for char-limit on basic_mn.lua (#144)

This can result in a rare error condition where the user sets too long of a name, it is set as the network name, the error dialogue arrises, and the user leaves the page. This will have set too long of a network name while not changing the wifi-iface ssid.
