[Commotion-admin] [commotion-service-manager] <name> field in Avahi service file must be < 64 chars (#6)

the <name> field will need to be unique for each service, so perhaps it can be a hash of a concatenation of the service UUID and hostname (in the future, we can use a base 32 or base 64 encoding of the service's signing key).
