[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion-apps] avahi <name> field is sha1sum of UUID and hostname (#64)

avahi name field is a sha1sum but the long-named service was not picked up by the neighbor node

Is there a limit on txt-record length? `<txt-record>name=</txt-record>`  is still over length.
