[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] revert hostname doesn't work (#149)

The confirmation page doesn't actually revert hostname changes. @elationfoundation mentioned the possibility of using an init script tied to the system UCI config to set hostname on confirmation, rather than on saving.
