[Commotion-admin] [commotion-router] Desktop Installation Documentation for Linux and Mac Unclear (#96)

Desktop installation for Commotion on Linux and Mac OS X unclear. Not sure whether OpenWRT is needed to install before downloading Linux packages and Mac Meshbook. Linux README files are not available on website. Commotion-Meshbook doesn't have documentation, so instructions on setting up development environment on Mac for Linux could be helpful.
