[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Main system page allows changing form values (eg. adding ssh keys) without password (#155)

To recreate, log on to node, add ssh keys but do not input the password.

You will receive a warning that says the changes have not been applied, but you see the progress wheel saying "applying configuration".

Also, you can verify that the keys have in fact been added by checking (on the node):
/etc/dropbear/authorized_keys
