[Commotion-admin] [Demo-Network-Data-Collector] Unconditional comma causes invalid JSON (#1)

The unconditional comma in [mesh_test.lua's log_results function](https://github.com/opentechinstitute/Demo-Network-Data-Collector/blob/master/suite/mesh_test.lua#L134-L135) causes the first entry to be logged as `{,"key":"value"}` instead of `{"key":"value"}`.
