[Commotion-admin] [commotion-docs] Changes to table on Commotion Downloads page (#201)

Some suggestions for readability on the [Downloads](https://commotionwireless.net/download/routers/) page. The table is somewhat hard to read, as the elements are centered and wrap on narrow browser widths.
* Make the "Router" column left-justified (or make the entire table left-justified).
* Create another column for the signature, so these elements are aligned vertically.
