[Commotion-admin] [commotion-translation-generator] Update sources to reflect repo merge (#3)

The script seems to give an error when it first clones the repositories that it parses for strings:

Creating working directories
mkdir working/
mkdir working/source/
mkdir working/translations/
Cloning commotion-feed into working/source/
Cloning into 'working/source/commotion-feed'... at ./parse.pl line 131.
Couldn't clone https://github.com/opentechinstitute/commotion-feed.git
	Checking out master branch
Cloning olsrd into working/source/
Cloning into 'working/source/olsrd'... at ./parse.pl line 131.
Couldn't clone https://github.com/opentechinstitute/olsrd.git
	Checking out master branch

...etc. Despite this, it still seems to generate the .po files.

Additionally, it might be a good idea to add a note in the documentation that you need to update the po files in luci-i18n-commotion with the latest files from transifex before creating the update files, otherwise you risk overwriting existing content in transifex.
