[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Bridge configuration not reflected accurately (#404)

When a node does not receive a DHCP lease from an upstream router, the `eth0` and `wlan0` interfaces are placed in the `br-lan` bridge. However, when you look at the bridge configuration for the `br-lan` interface in the Web UI, it only shows the `wlan0` interface in configuration. This is not only inaccurate, but it makes it impossible to remove the `eth0` interface from the bridge without using the command line, thus preventing the user from manually configuring the ethernet interface.

This bug seems affects multiple mesh-over-ethernet scenarios in the Common Configurations guide.
