[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Ethernet interface not added to WAN zone when statically configured (#405)

When a node is initially configured with the `eth0` and `wlan0` interfaces in a bridge, and you then change the `eth0` interface from the Commotion protocol to static protocol (for a mesh-over-ethernet scenario), the `eth0` interface is not put back into the `wan` firewall zone. This prevents the interface from, among other things, NATing traffic, and thus creates routing problems.
